Who: Rob McBride is the head of product marketing at Versa Networks, responsible for Versa’s software-defined-solutions portfolio – SD-WAN, SD-Security and SD-Branch. McBride has spent the last 15-plus years designing, introducing and marketing a wide range of solutions and products in the areas of SDN/NFV, SD-WAN, Voice (TDM/VoIP), and DC virtualization. He has a wide range of experience and has held senior roles in sales engineering, field support, product management and marketing. Prior to Versa Networks, McBride held senior positions at Brocade Communications, Enterasys Networks, Alcatel-Lucent and Enterprise Data Solutions (EDS).
