Web Application Firewall (WAF) – A security capability that inspects HTTP/HTTPS traffic against rule sets such as the OWASP Core Rule Set to detect and block injection attacks, cross-site scripting, and other application-layer threats; Versa provides an integrated WAF running natively on CSG-series edge gateways.
