SLA Monitoring (SLAM)
SLA Monitoring (SLAM) – The VOS mechanism that measures per-path performance between SD-WAN devices, including delay, jitter, and packet loss, using request-response probes in continuous, adaptive, or data-driven modes, feeding path health data to traffic-steering decisions.
