Quad Small Form-Factor Pluggable 28 (QSFP28) – A quad-lane pluggable transceiver form factor supporting 100-Gigabit Ethernet, used on higher-end CSG and CSX appliances; a QSFP28 port can operate as a single 100-Gigabit port or be split via breakout cables into four lower-speed lanes.
