Bottleneck Bandwidth and Round-Trip Propagation Time (BBR) – A TCP congestion-control algorithm that measures a connection's largest recent available bandwidth and smallest recent round-trip delay to control how fast and how much data it sends; it is the default WAN-side algorithm in Versa TCP optimization profiles.
