Field-Replacement Unit (FRU) – A hardware component, such as a power supply unit or cooling fan, designed to be replaced on-site without returning the appliance to the manufacturer; CSG and CSX appliances use redundant, hot-swappable FRU power supplies and fans, covered under Versa's hardware warranty.
