0:01 Hi this is Clint from Versa. 0:03 What does maximum versa magic look like in a branch network? 0:08 So just a high level overview of the versa secure SD Wan solution. 0:12 So this is a a diagram of a transformed enterprise network. 0:17 So all our physical sites get a physical network appliance up in the cloud. 0:23 We have virtual appliances in AWS and Azure. 0:26 Versa Director provides centralized network and security policy management for the network and basically versus performing SD, Wan and routing functions, we're enforcing the enterprise security policy at the branch. 0:40 We can also serve as a secure access server for mobile workers and we can scale to thousands of branches with powerful analytics, open APIs into every element and complete multi tenancy. 0:53 So what does maximum versa magic look like in a branch? 0:58 So we do up to 8 Wan transports per device and this is per tenant. 1:03 We can prioritize business critical applications. 1:07 We do have an integrated next Gen. 1:09 firewall with unified threat management. 1:13 We're 100% compatible with cloud security solutions such as Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma, and Symantec WSS. 1:22 We have numerous SD Wan constructs to mitigate it against transport problems such as packet loss, latency and jitter including forward error correction, packet cloning, and switching to an alternate transport. 1:33 These can all be SLA driven. 1:37 A Versa device can also service as a secure access server from mobile workers. 1:41 We are bringing SD Wan like capabilities to the mobile worker for elegant brownfield support. 1:48 Every Versa device can also function as a gateway between SD Wan, MPLS and the underlay network. 1:55 We can also group Ethernet ports into a layer 2 switch port group. 2:01 We can also form IP, SEC and Jiri tunnels for various useful use cases. 2:08 And we do support zero touch provisioning for everything covered in this presentation. 2:14 So converse a host other VNFS. 2:16 So Versa supports a feature we call Universal CPE. 2:21 We can operate as a KVM hypervisor and host other VNFS or VMS. 2:27 Versa performs sophisticated service chain management, and the VNF and or VM images and service chain configuration become part of the site template. 2:39 So how can Versa maximize branch availability? 2:43 So we do support both active active HA and active standby HA. 2:49 In terms of active active HA, in this diagram, all Wan transports are available to the branch. 2:56 We can have network appliances with redundant power supplies. 2:59 We can have redundant network appliances. 3:02 So even the event of an appliance failure, the site remains up. 3:06 We do support sub one second HA failover and all the branches are submissive to a Versa controller and a given branch can point to up to four different Versa controllers for high availability. 3:22 So if any single controller becomes unavailable, the site is still up. 3:27 And even if all the controllers become unreachable, the site remains up. 3:32 And that's configurable for up to 11 days. 3:35 So even the event of all controllers becoming unavailable, the site can remain up and happy for up to 11 days. 3:46 Can a Versa device be serviced with no impact to the branch users? 3:50 So Versa does also support active standby HA. 3:54 In this mode, the active node on the left is taking the entire workload and we can service the standby node with no impact to sessions or users during business hours. 4:14 Versa Delta also support powerful multi tenancy and this extends all the way out to the branch network appliance. 4:22 So the Versa solution can support up to 512 tenants, up to 5 levels of tenant hierarchy and up to 1024 VRFS per tenant. 4:32 So the solution was built for Carrier class multi tenancy. 4:38 Here's an example to bring it home. 4:39 So here we have a deployment in a state and the states basically replaced a legacy MPLS network with versus secure SD Wan and they have a tenant for the DMV health services, the state voice network and other departmental networks across the state. 4:57 So if we go out and look at a given site, in some sites we may have a tendency for both the DMV, health services and the state voice network. 5:09 And each of those has their own SD Wan topology, their own SD Wan keys, their own network policy, their own security policy and their own application policy. 5:20 So on top of everything we've shown you so far, multi tenancy also applies to the branch. 5:27 So let's look at a typical high capacity versus certified network appliance for an enterprise branch. 5:34 This is a Dell VEP 4600 V 930. 5:39 This is Dell's highest end versus certified network appliance. 5:43 It supports up to 610 Gigabit Ethernet ports, up to six one gig Ethernet ports, 16X86 cores, 64 gigs of RAM, A1 TB SSD and redundant power supplies. 6:00 And this box ships with Versa secure SD when installed and boots up as a Versa node. 6:05 And Versa scales with X86. 6:07 And we have a road map from even higher capacity appliances coming soon. 6:14 So in summary, versus the only enterprise networking vendor that is unified SD Wan, advanced security, robust routing, and secure access into a single piece of software, you can deploy the exact same Versa secure SD Wan software for work from home branches, headquarters, data center, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. 6:37 When running Versa on bare metal with support, we support ucpe. 6:40 We can host multiple VNFS and perform service chain management. 6:44 This all becomes part of the site template. 6:47 Versa supports both active active HA and active standby HA. 6:53 Versa supports servicing a Versa node with 0 impact to the user sessions. 6:58 This allows you to perform secure SD Wan maintenance during business hours. 7:03 Versa offers best in class multi tenancy scale HAAPIS and brownfield support. 7:11 Verse is the leader in secure SD Wan for enterprise. 7:16 We hope you found this useful. 7:18 Thanks a bunch, have a great day.
